Intensive abs load. First few can be done at home. Other require equipment. What I miss is Google fit integration...

Pros: Old tested legendary workout, great UI, short workout time 3-10 minutes. Cons: No Google fit support, no black theme, no workout animations.
Loved the old gold a6w workout app. Then bought it's pro. Still using that app daily but just bought this to support caynax family. I love you guys. Keep good stuff comming.
